The only advice I have is to get as much help as early as possible (First Steps, Early Childhood programs, etc. - it was a big help for Muggy). Good luck with you and your little one! She also had trouble feeding at birth, had gastro problems, and got sent home the first time we took her in because she was "just gassy". I knew in my heart it was something more than that.
